Questions I get asked

Which one do I book?

Want length or a different shape? Gel-X. Happy with your own nails but they keep breaking? Structured gel — builder gel adds strength without adding length. Just want color? Natural gel manicure, and it's the shortest appointment if you're trying me out.

How long does it last?

Three to four weeks for Gel-X and structured gel before a fill. Around two weeks for a natural gel manicure. A lot depends on what your hands do all day.

Can I come from another salon?

Yes, if your nails are bare or in gel. Acrylic and dip have to be off before you arrive — drilling it down is a different job and the lunchtime slots aren't long enough. Book a soak-off if you'd rather I took it off.

Do you do acrylic, dip, or pedicures?

No. Gel only — Gel-X, builder gel and gel polish. I'd rather be good at one thing than passable at all of them, and there's no pedicure station in the room.
