Before you book
None of this is meant to sound strict. It's a small studio with one chair, so a late cancellation isn't a gap in a rota — it's the whole afternoon.
A deposit holds the slot
25% when you book, and it comes off the price on the day. It's non-refundable — one chair means a lost appointment is a lost afternoon, not a gap someone else covers.
24 hours to cancel or move
Rescheduling is free with a day's notice, as often as you need. Inside 24 hours, or a no-show, I keep the deposit.
Grace period is 10 minutes
After that I may have to shorten what we do or move you to another day, because the next person is booked right behind you.
Come with bare nails, or mine
Acrylic and dip have to be off before you arrive — drilling it down is a different job and the lunchtime slots aren't long enough for it. Gel or Gel-X from me is fine, just book a fill.
What I don't do
No acrylic, no dip powder, and no pedicures. I'd rather be good at gel than passable at everything, and the room doesn't have a pedicure station.
Just you, please
It's my house and there's one chair, so there's nowhere for anyone to wait. Please don't bring extra guests or children.
If you're unwell
Our hands are six inches apart for an hour and a half. Message me and we'll move it — no fee, and it doesn't touch your deposit.
